There is no pressure, no sales pitch, our first contact with you is simply to facilitate an exchange of information. Before we begin planning for an event the first item of information we like to have is who we're working with. Be sure to tell us how we can help you achieve the type of event you expect. From first contact to event execution we encourage you to effectively communicate your needs to us at all times.
Soliciting and collecting information from you gives us a head start in the proper planning and coordinating of your event. Each event is unique in its own way and being cognizant of this we strive to ensure that our initial meeting gathers crucial information useful to the event success. A well planned approach towards achieving your event goals is a top priority. The initial meeting sets the stage for the next step of the event process.
Contract Signing and Initial Payment
Once an agreement is reached on the event details an estimate is prepared. Your acceptance of our estimate takes us to the next stage where a contract will be issued to you for signing. The full cost or an agreed percentage thereof will be due for payment upon contract signing.
The Grenada Trade Centre will then assign an Event Manager to work with you to plan and implement your event. The Event Manager will contact you as soon as assigned and will remain as your primary liaison through the conclusion of your event. Integral to the success of your event is your commitment to provide the Event Manager with up-to-date information relative to your specific needs. By receiving information early, the Event Manager can assist you in avoiding unnecessary charges, alert you to potential problems, and ensure the smooth operation of your event.
Final payment is to be made before the execution of the event.
It is also important to remember that the Grenada Trade Centre is a multi-purpose facility, and it is normal to have more than one event at the venue at a given time.
